The light was fading this evening and therefore because I already have 5 runs in the bank for the week and can notch up another tomorrow I opted for a rare moment on the turbo trainer. I set up the Clumber Park course and aimed to ride ride 1 x 20km lap as opposed to the full 40 km. it was a hard session however I posed a good PB of 32 mins and 14 seconds which is nearly 2 minutes ahead of the previous best of 34:02. Average watts was 257 and speed was an impressive 37.3 kph. A good return to the bike.
