Soulbury Road hills with LB Tri

A very cold evening allowed no time to stop and chat.  Despite some newcomers to the club, we ran 2 full sets and 1 half set of medium length intervals on this challenging hill.  The first full set was effort up, recover down.  The second full set was recover up, effort down.  The half set was designed for running as quietly as possible.  A hard set over 10km of running in my Newtons.
