LB Tri Club training – Parson’s Close rec

First club night of the year and a steady interval session around Parsons Close rec to ease the runners back into their training and to welcome a newcomer.  After a slighter we then ran a pyramid of single sides of the triangle of efforts and recoveries followed by a full lap ‘on’ and then a reverse pyramid of single sided efforts and recoveries.  A good run out for the Newton Distance shoes.
