A long run in Brecon

A quick hour before an afternoon wedding allowed me to get another flat run in this time downstream along the river Wye until I joined the Taff trail.  I turned after 6.5km at bridge 160 over the canal.  The river was very high but had dropped over a metre from the night’s high point.  Very windy and wet again, and difficult going amongst the debris from the river in flood.  Once again my Inov8 X Talon 190s held up quite well but the splits are getting bigger.  Had to hose all the rich red silt of my kit afterwards.
