A new Guinness World Record for 12 hours on a treadmill- 19th Nov 2013

A long day at the office today.  Twelve hours and 102.08 km later and I added the longest distance run in 12 hours subject to Guinness ratification to my Indoor Iron Distance challenge record from 2011.
