PR joined us early this morning and Sarah and I supported her as she completed her last long run – 11.6 miles – before her half marathon. Again the conditions were difficult – very windy and muddy underfoot in recently ploughed fields – but she ran well and we all enjoyed the wildlife on view; particularly the elephants and rhinos in the safari park and the deer in the deer park.
