Back on the track for a tired Cooper run test

A blustery but warm and dry evening for a 12 minute Cooper test run at Stoke Mandeville track on very tired legs.  Tight Achilles during the warm up and so I swapped my Inov8 X233s for my Newton Distance and ran 2,900m for the 12 minutes.  This sets a marker for the next few weeks of training.

the introductory group – also on tired legs after the X Country on Saturday, ran 6 x 800m reps  – great stuff!

Lots of volunteers for the forthcoming Natural Running Form research on running form drills.  Just waiting for the ethics to be signed off….
