Back on the track…

…with the introductory group running steady 1,200m reps I had the opportunity to continue my easing back into speed work with 4 x 1,200m with 2 mins recovery.  I ran two at a steady pace and then opened up for the final two, once again wearing the Hattoris.   4:40, 4:39, 4:24, 4:18
